Long-term transitional housing for male and female runaway or homeless youth ages 16 20 and their dependent children.
TTLP provides a safe, supportive living environment to youths that recognizes their strengths and honors individual choices and values.
The program works to empower youth as they move towards independence and self-sufficiency in partnership with their family and community supports.
Youth must be eligible for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
Support Services Provided:
Vocational, academic, independent living skills, counseling, job stipend program, parenting services
Eligibility:
Youth eligible for this program must be between the ages of 16 and 20 and be runaways or homeless
