The Foundation's transitional housing program moves low income families towards home ownership. The California Family Foundation was established in 1984 to provide education and support for families in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto and Menlo Park.

Mission Statement: California Family Council is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), educational organization. Our mission is to protect and foster Judeo-Christian principles in California’s laws, for the benefit of its families.
