Gateway to Housing provides transitional housing for families up to nine months.During their stay case managers work with the individuals to increase their self-sufficiency and gradually lessen supports. Eligible families for this program agree to pay up to 30% of their income for rent and utilities, save 10% to 30% of their income, find employment, set weekly and long-term goals, rehabilitate their credit and learn to budget and improve life skills.
