Burlington Transitional Living Center (TLC) can provide emergency shelter to women and children for up to 14 nights. When the family has a male over the age of 12 or a single adult male who needs housing, TLC can provide a hotel voucher or make a referral to another shelter. They also provide transitional living services. Those meeting the program requirements can be provided shelter/services for up to 90 days. Program includes job search, life skills development, AODA counseling, mental health treatment, medication management, financial mentoring, parenting education, and case management.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide families and individuals with temporary shelter and basic necessities while assisting them in gaining skills to become self-sufficient, employed, and independent.

Was homeless and rescued from living in a desert for 5 months in Las Vegas help against my will. Back here now in a Wisconsin trying to rebuild . Have been hospitalized by both Waukesha Memorial and St Mary assertion in Racine currently in Racine voluntary SAIL program . Need temporary housing . Already signed up for Badger Care Plus and Food stamps Need a job and place to stay.
