Bill Wilson Center's mission is to support and strengthen the community by serving youth and families through counseling, housing, education, and advocacy.
Bill Wilson Center has served residents of Santa Clara County since 1973. Founded as a counseling center, the agency added a shelter for homeless and runaway youth in 1977 and has continued to add programs to meet the needs of families and children.
In 1993, the agency moved to a new facility which enabled the Bill Wilson Center to expand its runaway and homeless youth shelter to 16 beds.
The agency works to strengthen family ties, stabilize the lives of homeless youth, support youth development, and ensure that all people who come to them for help leave with the tools they need to succeed in their lives.
Mission Statement: Bill Wilson Center supports and strengthens the community by serving youth and families through counseling, housing, education, and advocacy.
