Disabled father and full time working wife with two kids need help paying rent after the moving in of my elderly mother-in-law. She suffers from bi-polar disorder and my social security check is now even lower because the state of Arizona will no longer pay for my deductible. In January and February I only received half of what my disability benefits were usually. We need a month to catch up with rent because we applied to our CAP program and was told the check would be given to landlords for the past two months and our landlords have received nothing from CAP. We would be able to keep up with bills with a month to catch-up
