Youth Bridge services offered: Offers a residential substance abuse treatment center for teens, a therapeutic group home for adjudicated males and a transitional living program for homeless young adults. Programs vary in intensity and duration depending on the diagnosis and needs of each client.

Mission Statement: We are here to change the lives of our children by providing preventative services, counseling, and shelter to strengthen families and build stronger communities.
