Bonaventure House is a recovery home for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness suffering with chronic disease, mental health or addiction/substance abuse that are looking to maintain recovery from active addiction. The facility offers 35 fully furnished private rooms, complete food service, a conference room, a TV room, a chapel, a learning center, 24/7 staffing, and administrative offices. Requirements: Be homeless or at-risk of homelessness Be at least 18 years old Qualifying disability Recovering from active addiction, sober for a minimum of 45 days or, if being referred by a substance abuse in-patient program, an individual can apply with 28 days of clean time and be committed to remaining sober If not in recovery from active addiction, an individual must have a qualifying disability and commitment to remaining sober from all drugs and alcohol during the intake process and entire stay at Bonaventure House due to Recovery Home licensure
