Adult Permanent Housing Program - City provides rental assistance and scattered site housing throughout Baltimore City. Supportive case management focuses on greater access to healthcare, substance abuse recovery, employ-ability and income, with the goal of strengthening self-sufficiency. Eligibility criteria: Homeless, very low income HIV+ individuals or other disability and their family members. Federal funding source: hud supportive housing program, ryan white funds, hud shelter plus care, hud 811s, capacity: 110 units. Capacity: 20 units.

Mission Statement: AIRS provides comprehensive supportive housing services for low-income and homeless individuals and families living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS or other disabilities.

Homeless for more than 6 months

Just relocated to hometown two months w and staying with my family sleeping on floor cause of spacing, Connecticut with ahf clinic in need of housing until I get my own. Have breathing problems that are being put in harm with strong chemicals smells and cleaning supplies causes I’m on the floor, They mean no harm. Help
