Traugott Terrace is a clean and sober apartment community. All individuals who are committed to a higher quality of life receive support and encouragement to pursue a life of purpose, restore relationships, and live life free from addictions. Serves single men w/o children. Must be ableto verify at least 45 days clean & sober. Rent is 30% of income. Call: Tuesday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

I am seeking a larger space in subsidized housing through the catholic housing services. I presently reside at the Westlake subsidized through the Seattle housing authority owned by catholic housing services. I was told the Traugott Terrance offers larger spaces and I seek residence at the Traugott Terrance.
