Eckerd Kids juvenile justice aftercare service helps reunify families when a youth returns home from a juvenile justice residential facility. Available to boys and girls ages 10-18, these comprehensive, home-based intervention services help ease the youths transition back to their homes, schools and communities. Using proven, evidence-based practices to engage parents and children, Eckerd Kids provides intensive case management, crisis intervention, life skills training and support through a network of community resources. We specialize in helping youth who have failed in other residential placements or have not responded to less restrictive, community-based interventions.
