Lutheran Social Services Of Alaska provides a transitional living program designed for single homeless men who are looking for sustained employment and housing. Other services for residents include budget counseling, employment referrals and other supportive services on an as-needed basis. After employment is secured, each resident is asked to pay monthly rent and put 30% of their net income into a savings trust account to be secured until the resident finds permanent housing.
