Turley Residential Center for Women is a 289-bed female halfway house located on 40 acres in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Avalon purchased the Turley property in 1997 and completely renovated it in 2002 to provide a quality homelike facility for female offenders. Turley provides a number of female specific programs onsite for job training programs that include training classes for dog grooming which has a 100% job placement rate. Turley has a long list of community programs that come into the facility and offer resume writing, professional clothing for interviews, computer skills classes, food service training classes, assist in finding affordable child care and affordable housing, transportation, medical assistance. Turley also provides a number of counseling programs specific to women and children, family unification, substance abuse, anger management, parenting classes, money management/budgeting and shopping. Turley is accredited by the American Correctional Association. Turley also offers a 30 day / 100 hour cognitive based transitional program that has been highly successful.

This facility is where YOU DONT WANT TO GO! They couldn't organize a 2 car funeral but will take your money.
